On the 3rd of April,xiao Gu SUDDENLY 'ajAk' us to join her in a "jungle trekking"...........

"BO KO LENG~"but it's true lah....
It was actually a simple yet educational jungle trekking,organised by Bellevue Hotel & Waterealm in conjunction with World Water Day.It sounds wow-ing right!!
Lets hop on and here we Go~

There was a briefing about Penang reservoirs,damns and Geological structures.
Dato' Seri is an architecture.
He has a vast knowledge about the nature and living species.
Listening to his briefing was really great.
Though I,myself is a Penangite,I learnt a lot.....
"The founder of Penang.....
How Penangite built their first and most imperative water runway.....
Why did dealers,shippers,marine navigators and even pirates stop by Penang port...because Penang provided fresh water for them.....
Penang was like a ice-cream vendor,selling nice sweeties for the foreign children...
That was how Penang progressed and grew in those old days~
Dato Seri also mentioned one issue:
"Why 车水路was named'车水路'?"
"...because we used to transfer water with cars during that time using that road...( __.___///"
This session seemed to be quite hilarious yet educational.
In addition,officers and representatives from PBA and Forestry also gave us some briefing about Penang's Rainfall & Catchment Area and some useful tips on Forest Botany.

Soon,we came to pt46 and here's the point where we parted with Dato Seri while he went to prepare his speech for the talk tonight.
While for other trekkers,we went on to the waterfall,guided by PBA officers.
"Wahhhhhhhh.........."
the waterfall will surely look more enormous if you witness with your own eyes~

After the stroll along greeneries and beautiful waterfall,a drizzle came pouring down....
All were drenched to the skin,as if we went for a dip in the waterfall.............
Then we attended the speak and learned about some environment-friendly products.
